SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Unlike most products, the cost of shipping artwork and delivery lead time may vary substantially depending on the country of destination. Average delivery time once payment has cleared our account within Canada is 5 - 7 working days unless otherwise noted on the listed artwork page. For international delivery, 7 – 14 working days. For Customised Portraits, the creation of portrait, delivery may take upto 30 days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to delays as a result of postal or courier delays, or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

When ordering goods from prachiartstudio.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Buy from our online art gallery, live with your chosen artwork for five days, and if you are not entirely happy - return it to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork (our Returns Policy is not applicable for commissioned artworks or photographic works).

You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping.  We will not accept returned items from customers that have been damaged in transit to the gallery due to insufficient packaging.  If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 5 days time frame will be at the discretion of Prachi Art Studio.

* Client is liable for the cost of the initial shipping but we will cover the cost of the return within Canada
** Client is liable for the cost of the return on artworks shipped outside of Canada.
*** International customers: please note that import duties and value added taxes (VAT) cannot be recovered if you return an artwork.

Returns Process
If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@prachiartstudio.com within 5 days of receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection date and address.  We will schedule a courier to collect the artwork and send you a confirmation email. Please print out this email and include it with the artwork being returned.  We will refund your purchase after the artist has received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
